A grown man with the mind and soul of a child walks the sea shore endlessly. Witnesses say they have seen them sometimes but no one is yet capable to articulate who he is or why he persists in his eternal walk on the beach. This is where childhood meets adulthood.Support the show
An Adult Tear
Amid the vision of the unseen, in the wasteland of a dream yet to be dreamed, were the vague ideas in the childish soul of the man who now walked the sea. The lapping of the waves and the cry of the ocean as it impacted reality on the shore of life served as a reminder that in the end, darkness still threatened. That the light of reason disguised as the light of a candle would be enough to straighten the curves of pain and iron out the wrinkles of the past.
There was no time in this place. Life transpired between creativity and a challenging hostile encounter between euphoria and demobilization of the soul. The smell of saltpeter consolidated all this reality. The dim sunlight that dimmed on the horizon tenderly caressed Father Time and his mother Consequence. A half-lip smile and an unfinished sigh. In the end, an unpleasant adult feeling.
Every grain of sand that slipped over the hand while meditating was peculiar. Every sense accentuated on the skin by the saltwater dazzled all the possibilities. There where love itself took over the trajectory of the tide, its sentimental magnitude in the cosmos, and the stars that faithfully danced to their emotional rhythm.
This coast was long. It was a long way to go. In the same way, the aquatic life followed the dazzling interest of knowing the outcome. Wanted to know where such a precious childish soul—embedded in an adult world—would end up. Every scale that skims the movement of the depths in the dream body was very dormant. And so, the legend tells that this deluded human being, this child lost inside the body of a man, walked without end…without destiny…without a defined time.
Many say they witness their presence on the coast in the afternoon. His footprints are marked in the sand, and the ocean continues to shout his journey on the coast. Shout out your achievements and your setbacks. The stars continue to dance in your company as the universe continues to create more heavenly bodies and new horizons for your meditation. But remember, sometimes it's not just about the weather, but about the way you decide to walk as well. And if you could meet him one day, you will see it that way. Still thoughtful and abstracted. With his half-lip smile, the usual unfinished sigh, and a childish sentimental demeanor. And as usual, sharing his faithful and eternal adult tear.
